Shy Girl needs Patient, Loving Family Bayberry is a female grey tabby domestic short hair, estimated to have been born in Spring 2010. She was found wandering in Bayberry Estates as a stray, and brought to Kitty Corner to find her forever home. Bayberry is nervous with new people, and she frequently hides when people come to adopt. She does get over her shyness once she's got to know you, and she is friendly with some of our regular volunteers, We feel her adjustment period in moving to a new family would be a bit longer then most other cats, as she needs some time to get comfortable and learn to trust she is safe. Bayberry enjoys the companionship of other cats, and gets along well with the other cats here. She would make an excellent companion cat for a lonely feline family member. Bayberry would be a wonderful 'project' for someone who enjoys working with shy animals and seeing them blossom. All she needs is patience and love.
